Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." What you will do in this role:

  • Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.

*Performance Bonus The Patient Advocate Specialist will be responsible for enrolling eligible patients into proper health insurance plans, explaining the program guidelines and reviewing the costs and coverage.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
* Prefer 3-5 years patient-related work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Experience advocating for patients
* Experience with Medicaid a plus
* Strong customer service skills

Job Summary:

All Medical Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician (MD/DO) to join our healthcare team. The Physician will diagnose and treat medical conditions, provide preventative care, and manage overall patient health. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong decision-making skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, therapies, or referrals to specialists.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated care.

Document patient encounters, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of a residency program in the relevant specialty.

Board certification or eligibility in the physician?s specialty.

Active medical license in the state of practice.

Strong clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient relationships and collaborate with healthcare teams.
