Job Description TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time physician to join our emergency department (ED) team at INTEGRIS Community Hospital in Del City, Oklahoma.
This 8-bed ED opened Spring 2019 with a low to medium acuity level.
This position offers available scheduling of 12 and 24-hour shifts.

Summary This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program.
You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment.
Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.

Overview:
Performs the primary function of a Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room. Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Licensure:
- RD (Registered Dietitian) current registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Prepares patient for visit with provider by completing Advanced Standard room process including entering the chief complaint; taking patient vital signs; reviewing patient history and allergies; completing a thorough medication reconciliation; working the Encounter Guide including helping to close any open care gaps such as fall risk, depression screening, breast cancer screening, colorectal cancer screening, and diabetic eye exams; rechecking elevated blood pressures; and completing needed documentation in Epic for yearly preventative visits as needed.
Assists with any needed in-office testing including, but not limited to, drawing blood, completing mental status exams, EKG’s, walking oxygen studies and point of care testing.
Administer vaccines and other injections within scope of practice.
Schedules follow up appointments when needed per office policy.
