Robotics, Colposcopy, HTA, Pelvic Floor Therapy, MonaLisa Touch, and Uro-dynamics. The physicians cover call at a large community-based hospital equipped with NICU and Da Vinci Robot and full sub-specialty physician support. The group also employs Hospitalist
physicians who help with the call, They average 150-160 deliveries a month and share call of 1:9 with Laborist support.

Overview:
The Finance and Accounting Intern (Intern) will be part of a collaborative team in a Shared Finance Services (SFS) environment. - Financial Planning and Analysis
- Take a deep dive into how the Six Flags budget is developed and then follow how this team connects with Park Leaders in trend analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis to help Park leaders make informed strategic decisions.
- Capital and Project Accounting
- Learn how capital investment projects and budgets are developed, how this team tracks adherence to budget and how construction in progress (CIP) is transacted to a fixed asset in the general ledger.
- Payroll
- Observe how multi-state/multi-national payroll is compiled and completed in a timely manner for thousands of associates and how associated government reports are completed and filed.
- See how Park teams monitor and approve associate work time, how the Workforce Management team assists in scheduling and maximizing labor productivity and how a partnership with Human Resources is critical in compliance.
- Revenue Accounting
- Become proficient in completing the daily revenue accounting process by importing and validating data between Point of Sale (POS) systems and accounting systems.
- Compile, review, and distribute daily operational reports to park leadership.
- Assist in the reconciliation of assigned Revenue balance sheet accounts.
- Treasury
- Assist in identifying and reducing fraud related to Treasury Services where response time is critical and must be managed immediately or assist in daily credit card reconciliation and balancing to the bank statement and internal systems, assist with investigating all discrepancies and preparing journal vouchers.

· Supported by experienced PA's who assist with consults, care coordination, and inpatient management.
· Multidisciplinary collaboration for care of complex patients including immunocompromised transplant populations
Outpatient Clinical Practice:

· General ENT care for all ages with office-based procedures, evaluation and management of B&B conditions
· The clinic features audiology services with dedicated audiology booth, ultrasound capabilities
Schedule & Work Structure
· The hybrid schedule is flexible based on physician interests and experience, with a typical structure of 3–4 days per week inpatient hospitalist care and 2–3 days per week outpatient clinic
· Day shift hospitalist coverage (7 AM – 5 PM) with APP’s managing first-call and after-hours cases handled by the on-call team, allowing for a predictable daytime schedule.
· Call: Outpatient call averages 5-6 shifts per month

What you’ll be doing:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the office furniture industry or general knowledge of systems furniture preferred.

- Competitive Pay: $74,000 - $101,000 – 8 mos weekly Draw
- Expected annual earnings, based on historical performance of employees in this role, exceeds: $250,000 . (This is a commission-based position.)

Currently, our department consists of 10 otolaryngologists and 2 physician assistants. We have subspecialty expertise in the group, including otology, facial plastic/reconstructive surgery, sleep apnea surgery and endocrine surgery.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position that includes clinic and surgical care. Operative cases are a mix of ambulatory and hospital-based surgeries. An ideal candidate would have interest in managing a wide-range of general pediatric and adult otolaryngology conditions.
Advanced training in Laryngology is a plus!
