- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 12 hour shift day, night, swing
- Job Setting: Inpatient, 18-22 patients per day

Provide specialized behavioral support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in educational settings, focusing on students with diverse needs in the Chattanooga, TN area. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to impact student outcomes through direct intervention and supervision within multiple schools.
This role involves providing specialized behavioral support to students, ensuring effective interventions and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 students requiring behavioral support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Complete 4-day TCIS (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools) training, funded by the district, to comply with program requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintain active BCBA licensure and national certification
- Complete necessary fingerprinting for credentialing
Qualifications
- Active BCBA licensure and national certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children in behavioral roles
- Ability to supervise RBTs effectively
- Commitment to full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) with core hours between 7:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.; some schedule flexibility possible
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain required fingerprint clearance timely

ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsible for directing and supporting warranty administration, warranty analysis, problem resolution, and product improvement programs for all Astec Industries – Infrastructure Solutions Group products.
Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization, management, & daily operations of the warranty functions.
- Monitor and review in-process claims to ensure claims are being addressed and resolved.
- Administer and enforce all warranty polices.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
- Develop and track performance metrics.
- Establish and continually improve warranty claim processing and adjudication processes
- Leverage warranty analysis to identify, implement, and manage tools, applications, and processes to clearly identify trends and patterns in data. Ensure information is properly visualized and communicated to divisional stakeholders for resolution.
- Lead activities associated with Problem Recognition processes, including administering the Non-Conforming and Corrective Action (NCCA) system, Corrective Action Request (CAR) creation, administration, and reporting.
- Establish, administer, and clearly communicate standard and extended warranty policy. Monitor competitor's offerings and with Senior Leadership Team guidance adjust as required.
- Develop and champion processes to leverage analysis of various data streams with the outcome of establishing specific Product Improvement Programs intended to improve the customer experience.
- Lead, develop, and administer Returned Goods Analysis (RGA) processes.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or applicable field
- Five (5) years supervisory or managerial experience
- Knowledge of customer and product support fundamentals and processes
- Proven track record of successfully managing warranty operations and processes across an organization.
- Demonstrated business results through the collection, dissemination, and analysis of large amounts of data.
- Ability to learn and teach complex mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues in the most positive fashion for all parties concerned.

Supervisor and Leadership Expectations
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Department. Directly or indirectly manages one (1) to fifteen (15) supervisory and non-supervisory employees to include but not limited to Project Managers, Warranty Analysts, Claim Processors, Returned Goods Clerks, and Reliability Analysts. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in compliance with any applicable employment law guidelines and upon consultation with the Sr Director of Quality and/or Director of Human Resources if necessary.

The senior project manager leads joint project teams (JPTs) and applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risk to ensure the project is completed within a certain set of restraints (e.g., time, budget, people, quality, materials) and a high level of quality.
Hourly Rate, $90.00 p/h
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required
Client Location: Chattanooga, TN. (Onsite).
Residency: Local or Regional candidates are highly preferred.
Duration: 12-month contract assignment
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or technical field, or equivalent education, training, and/or related work experience. master's degree preferred but not required.
Certification/license, etc.: Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) within one year of appointment or assuming the senior pm position.

This role is generally assigned to large, multifaceted projects. The Senior Project Manager is the single point of contact regarding a specific project and assumes the leadership role in safely managing the project. Budget responsibility: capability to manage a large project budget over $25 million, or a portfolio of projects that have an aggregate total over $75 million for all active projects assigned.
- 10+ years' utility project manager experience, or equivalent functional area work experience
- 3+ years with increased responsibilities leading project teams.
- Requires knowledge of project management techniques, experience to resolve in-depth problems, and practical experience in project scoping and cost estimating.
- Requires the ability to analyze in-depth technical problems and determine the most cost-effective solution.
- Experience in new nuclear power plant design, construction, and/or licensing is desirable.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired.
- Manages the project to ensure safety, environmental, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
- The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for each project.
