3 Months contract
Experience Required:
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a cath/EP lab
· Must be able to scrub for all types of heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
· Knowledge of Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
Certification/Education Required:
· Preferably RCIS or RCES licensure
· ARRT licensure acceptable with scrub experience in cath lab performing heart caths with intervention
· ACLS and BLS required

The Work
- Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
- Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone
- Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
- Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
- Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle

Requirements
- United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Canada at least the age of 18.
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)
- Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively

Responsibilities

Serves as chief medical officer of the Medical Staff of McLaren Subsidiaries through the subsidiary President, to discharge the organizational and administrative duties and responsibilities relating to Medical Staff affairs. The Fertility Care Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. As a Fertility Care Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.
We are seeking a Fertility Care Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at IVF Michigan in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
- Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
- Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Education & Licensure:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active MI state license.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience & Skills:
- Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Arabic language skills highly preferred.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work at various locations as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
