PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The purpose of the HR Business Partner is to provide consultative services, expertise and HR support throughout BVHS.

The HR Business Partner is seen as a change agent in the organization.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Duty 1: Manages complex and difficult HR projects, identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks.
