A leading and well-established electrical distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and elevate branch warehouse operations.

This is a confidential search for a growing organization that values operational discipline, strong leadership, and customer-driven performance.


If you’ve successfully led warehouse teams of 20+ employees and understand how to balance productivity, safety, inventory control, and service standards, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role.


The Opportunity

This role will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including:

•            Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse associates and drivers

•            Managing hiring, onboarding, performance management, and discipline in partnership with HR

•            Scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce planning

•            Driving productivity, quality, and customer service metrics

•            Overseeing inventory management, physical counts, and variance reconciliation

•            Coordinating inventory transfers across multiple branches

•            Optimizing warehouse layout, floor space, and operational flow

•            Enforcing safety procedures and company policies

•            Ensuring equipment maintenance and warehouse security


This position reports directly to branch leadership and plays a critical role in operational performance and customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications

•            5+ years of warehouse leadership experience

•            Experience managing multi-location or multi-branch coordination

•            Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 20+ employees

•            Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills

•            Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

•            Strong communication and organizational skills


Preferred

•            Background in electrical supply, construction materials, or industrial distribution preferred


Environment

This is a hands-on leadership role within a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable being visible on the floor, driving accountability, and maintaining high safety standards.
