The Sr. Project Manager will take a leading role in delivering some of the most advanced data center projects in the country. Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the due diligence and master/campus planning phases for assigned data center project(s).
  • Provide oversight of engineering firms & general contractors throughout all project phases, including master planning, detail design, mobilization, construction execution, punch list, and turnover.
  • Deliver constructability input on electrical and mechanical designs to ensure cost-effective, buildable solutions.
  • Use broad data center project experience and detailed knowledge of critical infrastructure systems including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fire safety systems, and integrated controls/security infrastructure to guide clients toward sound strategies, help them understand design tradeoffs, and support decisions that drive reliability, efficiency, and overall program success.
  • Monitor construction progress and prepare regular executive level updates on key metrics, schedule forecasts, constraints/issues, risks, etc. for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Drive utility engagement, infrastructure upgrades, and communication with public utility services.


Client and Cross Functional Relationships

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned project(s) building trust through consistent performance and transparency.
  • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure seamless project integration and handoff to operations.
  • Lead executive level project reporting and presentations for assigned project(s).


Financial Management

  • Responsible for overall budget management and cost control for assigned project(s).
  • Accountable for reviewing and approving vendor invoices as necessary.

The Specifics of the Role

  • Ensures the development and execution of project automation plan, environmental compliance plan, safety plan, site survey plan, non-manual staffing plan, subcontracting plan, labor strategy, construction execution plan, and job-site work rules.

  • Limits and monitors employee missed punches and disciplines chronic offenders.

Reporting:

Safety:

The Assistant Superintendent helps lead all on-site construction activity from site mobilization through owner turnover. This role manages field operations — ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality performance targets are met. The Role We Want You For

The Site Safety Supervisor will provide support to the Project Staff and the Ventana safety team in an effort to execute corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. In addition to your project responsibilities, you shall participate in and complete all assignments designated to you. This will include, but is not limited to, assisting in development of a zero injury safety culture on each project, conducting at least weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, effectively communicate orientations for all new project workers, assist with and review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis, actively promote and participate in daily stretch and flex program, identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents, support corporate goals and initiatives, emphasize and support proactive safety such as near miss/hazard reporting, coach and recognize workers on safe work methods, report all incidents in an effective and timely manner following established protocols and be a champion in motivating workers to perform their jobs safely! Your responsibilities will be all encompassing for each project you will be dedicated to.


The Specifics of the Role

  • Assist in development of the project safety program.
  • Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
  • Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Development will spearhead industrial projects through the full project lifecycle. From site selection and entitlements to completion and turnover. Beyond ground-up builds, this individual will oversee complex value-add repositioning and asset repurposing. We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least five (5) years of direct experience within an industrial general contractor, site contractor, or in-house development construction management team. The Director of Development will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role is site-intensive and requires presence on active project sites a minimum of four (4) days per week. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious go-getter to join a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial firm at the ground floor and play a primary role in scaling our development team.
