After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. Perform routine and detailing housekeeping services requiring specialized tools and equipment. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: other custodial staff to include Quality Control Inspectors & Supervisors, building/area occupants. Job Duty 1 -
Perform specialized cleaning operations, typically including spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitizing trash receptacles, stain removing, window cleaning, etc.

Strip and refinish floors

Job Duty 3 -
Perform routine housekeeping services as assigned which normally include emptying of trash receptacles; dusting; spot cleaning; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, medical and food service are; restocking supplies, dust, damp or wet mopping; sweeping and vacuuming

Operate and maintain power equipment which may include carpet vacuums, canister and tank vacuums, wide-area vacuums, backpack vacuums, spot cleaning machines and other powered equipment

Maintain housekeeping/storage closets, tools and equipment in a clean, orderly condition

Business Analysts evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements. They analyze data, develop functional specifications, and facilitate communication between business units and Information Technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Duty 1 -
Conduct interviews, workshops, and reviews to elicit, clarify, and validate business needs, objectives, and constraints for Information Technology projects and initiatives.

Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications, to guide Information Technology development and implementation.

Educational Requirements

Preferred Educational Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience performing business process analysis, including documenting current state workflows and designing future state processes.
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience facilitating process discovery sessions or workshops with cross functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear functional requirements and distinguish between process issues and system issues.
• Experience developing process documentation, such as process maps, SOPs, or job aids, to support operational adoption.
• Familiarity with process improvement or continuous improvement practices (formal methodologies a plus but not required.

Preferred candidates will bring a strong business process perspective and experience improving how work is performed across people, process, and technology.

SKILLS
This job requires a working knowledge of standard documentation processes, business system architecture and associated technologies. Skills in data organization and analysis, problem solving, systems documentation and report writing as applied within assigned system(s) is required as are skills in cross communication between functional user and technical groups.

Position requires the ability to pass a drug/alcohol pre-screening; may require working competently with dangerous materials and in a dangerous environment, such as around or on rotating machinery, live electrical circuits, hazardous materials, high-pressure liquids and gas, and bot surfaces. In addition, it may require lifting heavy objects of up to 75 pounds, and working in confined spaces, noisy environments, and elevated locations (such as climbing extension ladder and other types of ladders; or using scaffolding) either inside or outside of a building. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining records, documents, and financial data that encompass a variety of financial activities, typically including fund accounts, payroll and benefits, accounts reconciliation, and similar supporting functions The associate also performs professional accounting work and other duties as assigned

The Public Services department provides 24/7 support to the Georgia Tech Library community. The Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a Research Engineer II position. This role supports sponsored research in the modeling and simulation of turbulent reacting multiphase flows in propulsion and power systems.

The successful candidate will conduct high-fidelity computational research using Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) to investigate complex turbulent reacting flows in aerospace propulsion applications, including gas turbines, scramjets, and liquid rocket systems. Research activities are closely aligned with externally funded projects and include simulation development, model validation, data analysis, reporting, and dissemination of results.

This is a full-time research faculty appointment contingent upon sponsored funding.

Research Engineer II

• Conduct high-fidelity LES and DNS simulations of geometrically complex turbulent reacting flows relevant to propulsion and power systems

• Develop, implement, and validate computational models and numerical methods within specialized research codes

• Optimize and execute simulation cases on advanced high-performance computing platforms

• Process, analyze, and interpret large simulation datasets

• Support sponsored research deliverables, including milestone reporting and technical documentation

• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at technical conferences

• Contribute to proposal development and expansion of externally funded research programs

• Assist in mentoring graduate students and supporting broader research program activities

• A Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and three (3) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree, or
• A Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering , and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree, or

• Experience with CFD code development and optimization for multi-core architectures and GPU-accelerated platforms

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Fortran, C, and MATLAB

• Experience with advanced data processing and large-scale simulation post-processing

• Record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations in fluid dynamics, combustion, or related fields

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment and communicate technical results effectively

The Otte group ( ) at the School of Physics and the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics (CRA) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work on the Trinity Neutrino Observatory, a next-generation experiment designed to detect ultra-high-energy neutrinos using air-shower imaging telescopes.

Trinity targets earth-skimming tau neutrinos above ~1 PeV through imaging of upward-going air showers near the horizon. The first phase of the project, the Trinity Demonstrator, is ongoing and has been in its physics data-taking phase for over a year, providing a timely opportunity to lead analyses while helping define the next stage of the experiment.

The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology is one of the largest producers of electrical engineers and computer engineers in the United States. The Signal Lab in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech is seeking a Research Scientist to lead and advance cutting-edge research in the field of telecom. The role will involve research in 6G and wireless systems but also include lab management, business development, project management, cross- institute collaborations and demonstrations just to name a few.

Some responsibilities include:

. Research Leadership in 6G, Wireless Systems, and Emerging Technologies

• Lead and execute advanced research programs spanning 5G Advanced, 6G architectures, ISAC, semantic communications, agentic networking, RF sensing, and wireless intelligence.
• Design and evaluate novel algorithms, PHY/MAC prototypes, and end-to-end wireless stacks using SDRs, GPU-accelerated systems, and cloud-integrated infrastructure.
• Publish high-impact papers, technical reports, and standards-relevant contributions.

2. Lab Management and Testbed Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the Center for Wireless Intelligence research lab, including equipment procurement, spectrum tools, RF instrumentation, compute clusters, and software environments.
• Manage, maintain, and expand the outdoor wireless testbed (campus-scale or city-scale): radios, remote nodes, edge compute, backhaul, deployment logistics, calibration, and field testing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, documentation, inventory management, and continuous uptime of lab and testbed assets.
• Build automated pipelines for experiments, data collection, benchmarking, and reproducibility.

3. Affiliate Engagement, Business Development, and Partnerships

• Engage, onboard, and close new affiliate companies into the CWI affiliate program.
• Serve as technical liaison for affiliate members across telecom, semiconductor, cloud, defense, and AI domains.
• Define joint research thrusts, scoping documents, deliverables, and IP paths with partner organizations.
• Coordinate demos, campus visits, on-site reviews, and technical deep-dives for affiliates.

4. Project Management and PhD Mentorship

• Mentor PhD students, postdocs, and research engineers working on 6G, wireless intelligence, agentic systems, and related topics.
• Manage multi-PI, multi-institution, and affiliate-funded projects, ensuring timely execution, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide technical direction, experiment planning, scheduling, milestones, and results dissemination.

5. Proposal Development and Funding Acquisition

• Lead and contribute to major proposals for federal, state, and institute-level funding, including NSF, DARPA, IARPA, NIST, NIH, DoD, DOE, and industry research labs.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle: concept development, whitepapers, teaming, budget coordination, compliance, and final submission.
• Close new funding sources for the center through proactive outreach, consortium building, and strategic alignment with national priorities (6G, AI/ML for wireless, digital twins, robotics, cybersecurity, etc.).

6. Event and Program Management

• Plan and execute workshops, symposiums, demo days, affiliate reviews, student recruiting events, and cross-center technical showcases.
• Coordinate logistics, speaker engagement, program design, marketing materials, and event follow-ups.
• Support the institute in flagship campus events around wireless, AI, cybersecurity, and next-generation connectivity.

7. Cross-Institute Collaboration and Ecosystem Building

• Facilitate collaborations with GT centers, MITRE Labs, government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions.
• Represent the center in institute-level initiatives, standards bodies, federal roadmaps, and 6G consortium efforts.
• Identify and develop synergy projects across AI, robotics, cybersecurity, energy systems, and digital twins where wireless is foundational.

8. Demonstrations, Prototypes, and Technology Transfer

• Build and showcase cutting-edge wireless demonstrations involving the outdoor testbed, SDRs, AI-native RAN components, ISAC sensors, and agentic network stacks.
• Support technology transition to sponsors, affiliates, and government partners through prototypes, datasets, documentation, and workshops.

Plan, organize, and provide quality care and engaging activities for children in the Flexcare program. Supervise children in a safe, nurturing environment while supporting their social, emotional, and physical development. The candidate will conduct robophysical studies of locomotion in laboratory models of cluttered terrain, on land and in water, conducting experiments and numerical simulations.
