Role Scope & Portfolio Alignment
ASH material‐handling systems support power, biomass, and pulp & paper facilities where continuous‐run industrial environments demand high equipment reliability. The Industrial OEM Project Manager leads the execution of engineered equipment orders and serves as the central interface between customers and internal teams including engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, quality, field service, and supply chain. The role ensures technical accuracy, contractual compliance, and on‐time delivery across the ASH portfolio.
Role Overview
The Project Manager oversees full lifecycle execution of customer orders for engineered ASH/material‐handling equipment. This includes coordination across engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, logistics, and quality to ensure delivery that meets scope, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead project execution from kickoff through final turnover.
• Maintain schedule, cost, and scope baselines; manage changes.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Physical Demands: Heavy work exertional activity.

McKenna Snyder LLC is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to provide comprehensive administrative and some paralegal support to the Firm's Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will maintain positive working relationships with attorneys, support staff and clients and observe confidentiality of client and firm matters. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Legal experience of 5-7+ years is preferred.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the attorneys with daily operations and legal practice support. This individual must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules and projects. A strong background in providing executive-level support within the legal services industry is necessary.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant based in Exton, PA. The Legal Administrative Assistant will assist with legal documentation preparation, organize and maintain legal files, manage schedules, and provide general administrative support. This role involves working closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless operations and compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of legal principles, legal document preparation, and prior experience in a legal setting
- Strong proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational skills to manage schedules, files, and complex tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for correspondence and collaboration with clients and legal professionals
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
- Proficiency in office software applications and document management systems
