Tufts Medical Center Division of Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is seeking a Physician to join our team at Tufts Medical Center and Lowell General Hospital.

Sleep Medicine physicians seeking a predominantly sleep-focused academic career, or
Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine physicians interested in a role that blends Sleep Medicine with Pulmonary and Critical Care clinical practice.
This is a unique hybrid role that blends academic medicine, inpatient care, teaching, research, and community-based clinical practice.
If you are interested in concentrating on Sleep Medicine , you will become an integral member of our dynamic Sleep Medicine Team, which includes five dedicated faculty physicians, one clinical sleep fellow, and a busy, well-established sleep clinic and lab. You will practice in our newly built, state-of-the-art six-bed sleep lab, fully accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
If you are interested in practicing Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine , we can determine clinical distribution based on individual expertise and career goals, allowing flexibility to clinically contribute to all 3 areas; however, the majority of the time will be in sleep.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient clinical care at Tufts Medical Center
Deliver community-based clinical care at Lowell General Hospital, as part of an integrated hybrid role
Diagnose and manage patients with a range of sleep medicine conditions
Engage in academic activity and research related to Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care
Participate in teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows
Support the mission of Tufts Medicine through clinical excellence, education, research, and community engagement
Requirements:
M.D. degree from an Accredited Medical School or equivalent.
Board eligible or certified in Sleep Medicine, with experience appropriate to your career level.
For candidates who want to split time between Sleep and Pulmonary and Critical Care will need to be BC/BE in Pulmonary and Critical Care)
Hold, or eligible to obtain, a valid Massachusetts Medical License

The salary range for this position is $262,200 to $293,989 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Urgent Care Supervising Physician (FM, EM, IM, or Med-Peds.) for our Urgent Care site in Brookline, MA. Candidates with flexibility to cover multiple sites are preferred.

Position Summary :
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join our interdisciplinary inpatient care team. This is a community-based, non-academic role focused on clinical excellence in a collaborative environment. The hospitalist will manage a panel of medically fragile patients with support from physical medicine & rehabilitation physicians, nursing, pharmacy, therapy, case management, and specialty consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as attending physician for medically complex and post-acute rehab inpatients
Conduct daily rounds and manage care for a typical panel of 10-14 patients per day
Complete admissions, discharge summaries, H&Ps, and progress notes
Respond to RRT activations and medical codes during shifts as assigned
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and discharge readiness
Schedule & Coverage:
Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends
No overnight shifts; nocturnist coverage in place
Ability to sign up for moonlighting shifts (nights or weekends) as available.
Qualifications:
MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
Inpatient experience preferred, comfort with medically complex, post-ICU patients
Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
Strong communication skills and commitment to interdisciplinary care

Position Summary :

This is a community-based, non-academic role focused on clinical excellence in a collaborative environment. The hospitalist will manage a panel of medically fragile patients with support from physical medicine & rehabilitation physicians, nursing, pharmacy, therapy, case management, and specialty consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as attending physician for medically complex and post-acute rehab inpatients
Conduct daily rounds and manage care for a typical panel of 10-14 patients per day
Complete admissions, discharge summaries, H&Ps, and progress notes
Respond to RRT activations and medical codes during shifts as assigned
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and discharge readiness
Schedule & Coverage:
Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends
No overnight shifts; nocturnist coverage in place
Ability to sign up for moonlighting shifts (nights or weekends) as available.
Qualifications:
MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
Inpatient experience preferred, comfort with medically complex, post-ICU patients
