Job Summary:
The speech language pathologist evaluates patients and develops the speech/language plan of care in the areas of speech, language, voice, cognition and swallowing in collaboration with the physician. Services are provided across the full continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

* Implements the speech language therapy treatment plan
* Selects appropriate treatment activities to progress patient towards goals.

* Provides ongoing patient/family education and training
* Provides discharge instructions, follow-up and referral to community resources as appropriate
* Acts as a referral source for staff, families, physicians on services and equipment related to rehabilitation services.

Job Summary: The Pharmacist is responsible for appropriate, evidence based, medication use for the institution. They ensure patients get the right medication at the right dose. Prevents, detects, and resolves medication-related problems and makes appropriate evidence-based, patient-centered medication therapy recommendations. Job Summary and QualificationsThe Trauma Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In partnership with medical providers, the RN recognizes and reacts to emergent situations and assists in surgical site verification. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
What you will do in this role:
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
- Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
