  • Performs high-quality radiographic procedures within the scope of state licensure at a technical and professional level that does not require direct supervision. Performs appropriate patient evaluation and uses proper technical factors for diagnostic image production.
• DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
  • The Diagnostic Imaging teams at Samaritan Health Services use state-of-the-art imaging technology while providing health care teams with the information needed for a fast, accurate diagnosis. Imaging services include: X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CTScan, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound services. We now offer PET-CT scans, the latest in diagnostic imaging technology and one of the most powerful imaging tools that physicians can use to help diagnose and treat patients with cancer and other diagnoses.
• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current ARRT RT(R) credential required. If registry eligible, credential within six (6) months of hire required.
  • Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required. If a new graduate, temporary license upon hire and permanent license within six (6) months of hire required.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS required.
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Working with minimal supervision, the Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. • Approve payroll, enter paid time off e.g. wellness, make time edits, and verify that store associates are paid for all time worked.
• Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines and all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices including scam awareness, safety best practices, and delivering bank deposits as required; visually inspect associates' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift as appropriate. Qualifications*

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.

CMPS, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in our patient growth strategy by providing a profile for online directories and other marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida
• 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness

Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay ($25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
