Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited industry association such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE is required
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality, strong customer service abilities, and a talent for building lasting client relationships.
• Minimum of 1+ years of industry experience; internship experience will be considered.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $22 - $38/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. About the role

We are hiring a hands-on Clinic Operations Manager to stabilize and scale the behind-the-scenes systems that protect revenue, provider schedules, inventory, compliance, and client experience — so founders and clinicians can focus on care and growth.

You will own both day-to-day execution across all Saelo locations and the systems that support them — from managing pallet deliveries and inventory drop-offs to building scalable workflows and operational infrastructure across the business.

Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $240,000 USD (annual), plus performance pay incentive.
