This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer based in Westlake, OH. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in immigration cases. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing legal documentation, conducting legal research, appearing at hearings, and advising on matters such as visas, citizenship, deportation, and employment compliance. Essential Duties and responsibilities*

Work Environment

Work is performed in a production environment where employees may be exposed to airborne dust. In these circumstances, a respirator may be required. To perform this job, employees must be authorized by a physician to carry out all of the necessary job responsibilities while wearing a NIOSH respirator.

The noise level in the facility is moderate. In addition, the air temperature is warm in summer months and colder in the winter months.

The facility operates one shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00 pm, with a 30 min unpaid lunch break.
