- Assist in coordinating the submission, review, and approval of print and packaging proofs using internal systems and proofing tools.
- Support the review of vendor-submitted mechanical files to ensure they align with approved creative files and brand standards.
- Help track project milestones, deadlines, and approvals, escalating issues or delays to the senior manager as needed.
File Management & Documentation
- Maintain organized records of approved creative files, proofs, and final deliverables across internal servers and vendor platforms.
- Ensure files are properly named, archived, and easy to locate for future reference.
- Assist with confirming packaging specifications, version accuracy, and production details as requested.
Process & Administrative Support
