If you want comfort, this isn’t for you.
If you want growth, challenge, and the chance to become highly capable in a short period of time — keep reading.
Most people drift through their 20s.
The people who succeed here decide to become dangerous with a skill.
⸻
What Happens If You Commit To This For 3 Years
Most people spend their early career bouncing between jobs and never fully developing valuable skills.
The people who commit here for 2–3 years experience something very different.
They typically leave with:
• A high-income skillset in communication, persuasion, and negotiation
• Six-figure income potential through production and leadership
• Real confidence built through adversity and repetition
• A strong network of driven professionals
• Leadership opportunities and real-world business experience
This opportunity is not designed for everyone.
But for the right person, it can become a launchpad for the rest of their career.
⸻
What This Opportunity Is
We are a travel-based final expense sales team helping families secure life insurance coverage to protect their loved ones.
Every home we visit has requested information about coverage.
Your job is simple:
Show up.
Serve families well.
Develop your skill set.
Get paid accordingly.
Agents typically work Monday morning through Thursday evening, then return home for a three-day weekend each week.
Our teams travel across:
• Oklahoma
• Texas
• Kansas
• Arkansas
• Missouri
Agents stay in Airbnbs together with their team, sharpen their skills, and push each other to win.
This is a team-based, performance-driven environment.
⸻
What the Lifestyle Looks Like
Each Monday, a small team of agents travels to a new territory.
During the day, you’ll meet families who have requested information about life insurance and guide them through protecting their loved ones.
Evenings are spent regrouping with your team, sharpening your skills, and preparing for the next day.
It’s demanding.
It’s uncomfortable at times.
But it is one of the fastest ways to develop confidence, discipline, and high-income sales skills.
⸻
Day-to-Day Reality
A typical workday looks like:
• First door before noon
• Visiting families who requested coverage information
• Conducting in-home consultations
• Building trust quickly with new people
• Helping families secure coverage
• Finishing around 8 PM
You are not cold calling random people.
Every home you visit has either mailed in or submitted a request for information.
⸻
Training & Ramp-Up
We invest heavily in developing our agents.
New hires go through a hands-on two-week training program, including:
• Ride-alongs with top producers
• Learning the in-home sales process
• Mastering the script and presentation
• Real-world field experience immediately
Most new agents write their first policy their first solo day.
During training, agents receive:
• $400/week training pay
• Travel expenses covered during training
• Close mentorship from experienced producers
You are not thrown to the wolves here.
Our goal is to build professionals, not just hire bodies.
⸻
Leads & Compensation Structure
Our system allows new agents to start without heavy upfront costs, then scale income as they grow.
Earned Lead Program (Early Stage)
• Free leads provided based on consistent production
• Starting commission: 50%
• Commission increases with production
Advanced Stage (Pay-for-Lead)
Once promoted:
• Agents purchase their own leads
• Commission tiers increase (95%+)
• Significantly higher income potential
Commission payments typically arrive within days of issue depending on carrier.
⸻
Income Expectations

Year 2+ producers: $75k–$120k+
Top producers earn significantly more.
Income here is tied directly to:
• Work ethic
• Coachability
• Consistency
• Activity level
The people who treat this like a job earn job-level income.
The people who treat this like a profession build real financial leverage.
⸻
Who Thrives Here
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are:
• Competitive
• Coachable
• Financially driven
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Willing to travel weekly
• Interested in personal growth
• Motivated to become a provider and leader
⸻
Who This Is NOT For
This role is not a fit if you:
• Want a predictable 9–5 office job
• Dislike travel
• Avoid uncomfortable situations
• Need constant supervision
• Struggle with discipline or consistency
• Are content with average results
You must be comfortable going from:
“Stranger at the door” → trusted advisor in the home quickly.
That skill is learned — but only by those willing to develop it.
⸻
Long-Term Value
Success here can lead to:
• Higher commission tiers
• Six-figure income potential
• Leadership opportunities
• Team development
• Transferable high-level sales skills
• Entrepreneurial growth
Many agents eventually build teams of their own or move into leadership roles.
⸻
Application Process

• Challenge you
• Develop you
• Reward performance
• Surround you with driven people
