The Lawt is recruiting litigation associates for an Englewood firm in its 15th year of business. Its full-service platform—corporate, tax, trusts & estates, labor & employment, and litigation—drives a growing client base and a steady flow of diverse and meaningful work.

The Position

The hiring partner leads a business-focused litigation practice involving commercial disputes, construction matters, partnership and business breakups, and related claims. He is hiring two associates to support his rapidly growing practice.

Strong candidates will have 4 to 10 years of experience with:

• Drafting pleadings and briefs
• Managing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Navigating state and federal procedural rules
• Participating in hearings and trial preparation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $145,000–$175,000, depending on experience
• Substantive performance bonuses tied to realized revenue, paid quarterly
