As a newborn hearing screen technician, you will provide hearing screens in the hospital after a baby is born. The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer provides ultrasound tests for patients. The sonographer works with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Prepares patients for ultrasound examination.
- Explains procedures to the patient prior to scan and provides patient education materials.
- Conducts ultrasonic diagnostic procedures and records anatomical, pathological and/or physiological data for interpretation by a physician.
- Assists physician during invasive procedures requiring ultrasound guidance.
- Records and processes sonographic data and other pertinent observations made during the scan and present to the physician.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of ultrasound supplies and maintaining ultrasound equipment.
- Participates in professional development trainings.
- Maintain required certification and registries.
- Performs other assigned duties as directed.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited sonography program with a degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
- Maintain or be eligible for certification as an American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) in OB/GYN.
- Must provide evidence of continuing education credits to fulfill accreditation requirements.
- CPR certification required.

- Minimum six months experience as an ultrasound technician working in OB/GYN and/or MFM setting preferred.

Manages equipment maintenance and repair on trucks, trailers, liftgates, yard trucks and refrigeration units, while simultaneously assuring efficient and safe fleet operation. Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company policies and regulations. Assists in achieving department goals.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Metrics Financials: Directs the work of fleet repair mechanics ensuring that safety, quality and productivity standards are maintained, and Company SOPs are followed. Manages daily vehicle work orders to ensure timely repair and minimum down time for all equipment. Determines action to be taken on handling truck and trailer breakdowns. - Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier's checks, and other transactions.
- Maintain proper cash handling, dualcontrol procedures, balancing routines, and vault/ATM support as assigned.
- Identify suspicious activity, follow fraudprevention steps, and escalate concerns promptly.
Customer Referrals & Product Education:
- Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists for new accounts, consumer loans, home equity loans/lines, and credit cards.
- Educate customers on digital tools such as mobile banking, online banking, and estatements.
- Support achievement of branch sales and referral goals through disciplined engagement and followup.
Problem Resolution & Support:
- Research and resolve routine issues such as transaction discrepancies, fee questions, and debitcard concerns within authority.
- Escalate more complex servicing matters to Personal Bankers or leadership.
Operational Excellence, Risk & Compliance:
- Adhere to operational standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, Reg CC, and Reg E.
- Protect customer data, ensure confidentiality, and follow documentation procedures.
- Maintain auditready accuracy in all teller work and branch support tasks.
Team Collaboration & Community Engagement:
- Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
- Support community outreach efforts and represent Nicolet in local engagement activities.
- Assist with branch operations needs such as supplies, scheduling coverage, or special projects.
General:
- Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

Qualifications:

Hiring Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.00
