The HCA Nurse Residency Program at HCA HealthONE Swedish provides you with the tools necessary to succeed in today's hospital environment. This paid program will assist you with the transition out of the classroom setting through a formalized series of learning experiences, including:
- Advanced clinical training in a specialty area.

The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. What will you do in this role:
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitor patient for therapeutic response. Notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication.
- Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
- Teach patients, families and caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
- Other Certifications maybe required during employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
- No previous experience needed

Principal Accountabilities
- This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on a fairly regular basis-involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing more than 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds. Walking or standing for extended periods of time will be required as well as the occasional use of stairs and/or ladders
- The work may also involve other exertions, conditions or exposures (e.g. heat, cold, dust). This position is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces, moving mechanical parts and fast paced warm/cool environments. Personal protective equipment use is required in all areas of the facility
- Execution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process. Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projects. Will be required to obtain knowledge of plant processes
- Design and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved components
- Work with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projects
- This position requires availability for a 6 day work week
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages
- Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems
- Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team or individual environment and be a self-starter
- Ability to pass an Electrical Aptitude Test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill Experience
- Ability to understand continuous and batch process control strategies
- Possess a working understanding of the production process
- Ability to configure and program a variety of control systems including PLC and HMI systems
- Knowledge of reliability centered maintenance, planning and scheduling
- Automation, Electrical, and / or Instrumentation experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens
- Design and implementation knowledge of plant digital business technologies

Seeking a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT). The LMRT performs all required clinical and radiological duties in accordance with state requirements and license. Operates radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (X-rays) of all bony anatomy for diagnostic purposes as directed by Physician. Maintains a safe diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards and radiation safety guidelines.

This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
The technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.
End User Support
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting login issues, session performance problems, profile issues, and application access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments across both physical endpoints and virtual desktops.
- Assist users with enterprise productivity applications and internal business systems.
- Provide support for conference room technology, printers, and collaboration platforms.
VDI & Remote Workspace Support
- Provide technical support for VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- VDI session connectivity
- Authentication and access issues
- Profile loading or roaming profile errors
- Performance and latency problems
- Application delivery within virtual environments
- Assist with testing and validating VDI updates, patches, and environment changes.
- Work with infrastructure and virtualization teams to escalate and resolve backend VDI platform issues.
Device & Endpoint Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage devices using enterprise endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar).
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Support endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms and remote access solutions.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to desktop systems, VDI sessions, applications, and connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow.
- Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality targets.
- Escalate issues to infrastructure, virtualization, or engineering teams when necessary.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoints and virtual desktop sessions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
- Assist with remediation of endpoint or VDI-related security incidents.
- Maintain awareness of security and compliance standards common in financial services environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technology rollouts, system upgrades, and office moves.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs and goals.
- Provide therapy interventions, including compensatory techniques, exercises, and alternative communication strategies.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing management strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Monitor residents’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the success of the rehabilitation department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Colorado.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a resident-centered approach.
- Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records (EMRs).
