About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Setting: Clinic Patient Population: All ages Patient Volume: 18 a day (8 per session) EMR: Touchworks / Allscripts Responsibilities: The Family Practice Physician will: Examine diagnose and treat patients for acute and chronic conditions or concerns injuries, infections, and illnesses Counsel and educate patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns Complete timely and thorough documentation using our EMR system Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow up Coordinate care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services Completeall documentation and paperwork in a timely manner Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of Clinical experience Graduate of an Accredited School of Medicine Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Colorado Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine Completion of an accredited Residency in Family Medicine DEA license with no restrictions Your privacy is important to us.
