Position Summary

The Healthcare Employee Relations Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in employee relations, providing strategic HR support to managers, leaders, and employees. You will play a key role in managing complex employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and offering guidance on policy interpretation, corrective actions, performance management, and conflict resolution. This role requires strong communication, investigative skills, and deep knowledge of healthcare regulations. This position is hybrid. You must be able to work from home and on-site as required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations Management: Oversee employee relations matters, including performance issues, misconduct, harassment, and conflict resolution with leaders through out the organization.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints (e.g., harassment, discrimination, workplace violations), providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Policy Guidance: Advise leaders on employee and labor relations issues, including interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, policies and regulations.
  • Training & Development: Support ongoing leadership development through consultations and facilitating courses.
  • Labor Relations: Support negotiations and grievance procedures in unionized settings, ensuring compliance with contracts and healthcare labor laws.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of all cases and interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Centers of Excellence, legal teams, and department managers to create an inclusive, fair, and compliant work environment.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of Employee Relations experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations, conflict resolution, consulting and performance management.
  • Experience in unionized environments is a plus (grievances, contract interpretation, etc.).


Certifications:

  • SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Additional certification in investigations (AWI or similar) is a plus.

Position Summary


The Clinical Dietitian is responsible to the Clinical Nutrition Manager. He/she works across the institution to provide quality nutritional support services. He/She consistently contributes to a multidisciplinary, collaborative effort to ensure positive patient outcomes. The Clinical Dietitian works with the food service management and staff to coordinate delivery of the prescribed diet and meet the nutritional needs of the patient. He/she is responsible to practice within their scope of licensure in accordance with approved policies, procedures and protocols. Standard Work Duties: Dietitian (PRN)

  • Evaluate patients for nutritional status based on nursing screening criteria/consults/screening reports and within the scope of established dietetic practice standards, federal/state regulations and The Joint Commission standards with a monthly productivity level of 1.2., validated by weekly productivity logs and monthly chart review.
  • Implement and monitor nutrition care plans and document according to standards of care criteria with reassessments completed within three to five days for moderate risk and within 48 hours for high risk patients, as validated by monthly chart review; collaborates with fellow team members and communicates nutrition care plan when transferred to other units, when other team members are covering or weekend coverage and validated by chart review with the dietitian.
  • Collaborate with and communicate effectively with physicians and members of the multi-disciplinary team to integrate information which refines and contributes to the overall medical care of the patient, with specific emphasis on nutritional care, through daily rounds, as validated by the customer feedback process and monthly chart review.
  • Develop, coordinate and provide nutrition education to patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure that nutritional care is maintained across the continuum of care and into the home/recovery setting through one on one, small groups, classroom setting and community setting as evidenced by weekly productivity log and participation in community programs.
  • Serves as a liaison between patient, staff and food service department by integrating nutrition information, observed food delivered, patient prescribed dietary plan, federal/state regulations and The Joint Commission standards to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved as validated by daily meal rounds and tray checks completed.
  • Clinical competence and continuous improvement so that optimum patient outcomes are achieved through completion of Nutritional Competency, completion of mandatory education and completion of 15 hours of continuing education annually as mandated for Florida license and validated by annual mandatory education form.

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics or a similar study or equivalent experience. Other degrees are acceptable if a candidate has deep technical experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, R to pair with Data Analytics experience.
  • Reporting tool experience (ex: Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Domo, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Reporting tool development experience is favorable but not required.
  • ETL tool experience is favored but not required (ex: Alteryx, Tibco, Tray.Io, Workado, MuleSoft, Metallion, FiveTran)
  • AI and Machine Learning experience a plus, basic understanding required
  • Heavy Microsoft Excel experience (formulas, pivots, lookups), Visio a plus, proficiency with the remainder of MS Office suite.

Our client is hiring a Director of Quality & Compliance.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the physical security of the facility, printed ticket quality and compliance with industry standards, maintenance of certifications and standards as well as Information Technology maintenance and needs of the facility.


In this role you will will serve as the client liaison for any security questions or inquiries from customers.


You'll report to to the Director and is directly responsible for the Security Team, physical security of facility and all Compliance to ISO standards and other certifications Brightstar Lottery pursues and maintains.


You'll be responsible for ensuring printed product meets industry and client expectations for ticket security.


Job Functions:


Quality and Product Security & Integrity

β€’ Aids the Quality Department on quality and ticket security related issues.

β€’ Recommends improvements to the Quality Department on ticket testing protocols.

β€’ Reports to top Management on trends and performance compared to other instant tickets manufacturers.


ISO Compliance

β€’ Support the Compliance Manager on internal and external audits and compliance to existing procedures.

β€’ Provide directions for continuous improvement, client complaint response.

Security

β€’ Coordinates physical security operations in accordance with established guidelines.

β€’ Interfaces with lottery security directors/investigators for routine and random inspections of plant.

β€’ Investigates and makes recommendations on all discrepancies on security violations.

β€’ Interfaces with lottery auditors (internal and external) for audit issues.

β€’ Oversees control and destruction of non-conforming products.


Other

β€’ Establish objectives and measure results for his/her departments.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Security Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications in Security/Quality a plus).
  • 8+ years in quality assurance, security, and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record managing physical security of high-value or regulated products.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO standards and maintaining industry certifications.
  • Deep knowledge of quality testing protocols for printed products (preferably lottery tickets or secure documents).
  • Familiarity with compliance audits, non-conforming product control, and root-cause investigation.
  • Understanding of IT systems supporting security and compliance operations.
  • Experience leading security and quality teams.
  • Skilled at setting objectives, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to serve as primary liaison with clients, auditors, and investigators on security and compliance matters.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills for senior leadership and external agencies.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass background checks appropriate for high-security environments.
