MRE / Non-Conformance Disposition

Review, analyze, and provide technical dispositions (use-as-is, rework, repair, scrap) for non-conforming products within the boundaries of Federal Aviation Regulations and OEM delegated requirements.

Expertise in production and design processes including aircraft repair methods.

Root Cause Analysis:

Support, investigate, and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of issues.

Liaison Duties:

Bridge the gap between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers to resolve production problems quickly.

Manage cross-functional teams to accomplish engineering initiatives.

Documentation:

Process engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, AS9100).

Maintain detailed records of engineering analyses, concessions, and reports for audits and certification.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.

Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities, particularly under high-pressure production schedules.

Aircraft experience in MRB , structural design is typically required.

Role Description

The Safety Manger is responsible for leading the oversight, compliance and execution of the company Environmental, Health and Safety Program. This position reports to the Executive Team.

Essential Duties:

• Manage and ensure compliance with the Company’s Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Programs.
• Develop and implement programs to ensure company compliance with regulations associated with Safety and Environmental Protection.
• Perform operational risk assessments of the company’s operations.
• Conduct safety and environmental development training including new hire training and quarterly safety meetings.
• Provide project management team with technical guidance on health and safety processes and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Manage and maintain company compliance with third-party safety programs such as ISNet World, Avetta, First Verify and Veriforce.
• Manage and maintain company drug testing program.
• Manage and maintain company DOT compliance.
• Report near-misses, accidents and statistics as directed by Company policy and directives.

Job Summary

The Planner I (Transportation Planner) will support supply chain and transportation operations by coordinating day-to-day packaged truck deliveries and assisting with long-term supply planning strategies. The role focuses on shipment tracking, carrier coordination, inventory planning support, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and trace daily packaged truck deliveries for the Food Enterprise.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate risks and ensure timely pickup and delivery requirements are met.
• Plan and manage day-to-day packaged truck deliveries for the Salt business unit.
• Support carrier utilization, scheduling, cost reporting, and service reporting.
• Work with Sales and Supply Chain teams to determine best delivery options for customer requirements.
• Tender and manage transportation orders in SAP using tiered carrier rankings.
• Manage orders from assigned plants and public warehouses.
• Build loads, monitor unrouted orders, and coordinate ship and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer add-ons, changes, and broken loads.
• Log and approve carrier invoiced costs.
• Assist with:
• Cycle stock and safety stock planning
• Inventory planning metric targets
• Requirements planning and long-term supply planning
• Escalate complex issues while handling basic operational tasks under supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or a related field

OR equivalent experience.

• Typically 2+ years of related experience

OR 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or transportation operations

A few responsibilities of our Anesthesia Technician include:

• Provides the operating room staff, surgeons, and anesthesia personnel with the necessary supplies and equipment for the surgical procedures
• Ensures utilized equipment (included but not limited to: glidescope/bronchoscope/difficult intubation equipment) is appropriately cleaned, stored and in proper working order prior to use.
• Submits work orders in a timely manner for needed maintenance/repairs.
• Schedules preventative maintenance as required and follows up on completion.
• Performs 1st level testing and maintenance on anesthesia equipment
• Trouble shoots issues with anesthesia machines and other anesthesia equipment
• Maintains designated par levels of anesthesia supplies and ensures carts are stocked with immediate use items used for operative procedures.
• Maintains inventory/stock levels, ordering, acquiring supplies and minor instruments and equipment
• Participates in evaluating new equipment/supplies that pertains to the anesthesia service

Required Job Qualifications include:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course through American Heart Assoc. and American Red Cross - Healthcare Provider CPR
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Medical terminology
• Basic personal computer skills
