About The Position

Primarily responsible for creating electrical drawings and associated documents for retrofit control panel projects supporting asphalt plant automation systems. Works from field audit documentation to develop complete drawing packages for panel manufacturing. Collaborates with Project Engineers and manufacturing to ensure drawings meet project requirements and production needs.

Key Deliverables

Prepares detailed electrical control panel drawings including schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and I/O assignments

• Creates electrical bills of material and purchased parts lists from drawing packages
• Develops drawing packages from field audit documentation provided by Project Engineers
• Interacts with Project Engineers and manufacturing to confirm requirements and resolve design questions
• Coordinates with Procurement to ensure long lead time items are identified early
• Supports manufacturing with drawing clarifications during panel build

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Create retrofit panel drawings using EPLAN, maintaining compatibility with legacy AutoCAD documentation
• Work within established drawing standards and templates
• Generate accurate BOMs from completed drawings
• Respond to drawing questions from Controls Center manufacturing team
• Document design decisions and maintain project drawing files
• Supports the project process by reviewing field audit documentation and attending project kickoff meetings to confirm design requirements
• Supports as necessary lending assistance in electrical and controls troubleshooting
• Collaborative electrical print checking
• Timely and accurate correction/resolution of drawing errors
• Engage in Continuous Improvement projects and activities as assigned

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

• Associates degree or a minimum of two years of equivalent knowledge/experience in electrical design or related field
• Experience with EPLAN required; AutoCAD experience preferred
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code and UL 508A panel requirements
• Ability to select proper components, size starters, breakers, wiring and conduit
• Ability to read electrical ladder diagrams and control schematics
• Knowledge of PLCs and industrial control system components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from field documentation
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee works primarily in an office environment using computer-based design tools. Duties include extended computer work, sitting or standing at a workstation. The employee may occasionally visit the Controls Center manufacturing facility to support panel builds or resolve drawing questions. When in the manufacturing area, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, tools and equipment, and moderate noise levels. The Structural Steel Fabricator role at Thorough Built LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN. The individual in this role will be responsible for fabricating structural steel components by interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, using metalworking machinery, operating hand and power tools, and performing welding, grinding, and cutting tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality control, adhering to safety standards, and assisting in material handling and equipment operations, such as forklift usage.

• Proficiency in metalworking, including cutting, shaping, and assembling structural steel components.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for welding, grinding, and other related tasks.
• Experienced in operating grinding equipment and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Strong understanding of reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute projects accurately.
• Prior experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Provide specialized behavioral support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in educational settings, focusing on students with diverse needs in the Chattanooga, TN area. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to impact student outcomes through direct intervention and supervision within multiple schools.

This role involves providing specialized behavioral support to students, ensuring effective interventions and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-12 students requiring behavioral support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Complete 4-day TCIS (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools) training, funded by the district, to comply with program requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
• Maintain active BCBA licensure and national certification
• Complete necessary fingerprinting for credentialing

Qualifications

• Active BCBA licensure and national certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children in behavioral roles
• Ability to supervise RBTs effectively
• Commitment to full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) with core hours between 7:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.; some schedule flexibility possible
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain required fingerprint clearance timely

Summary:

The Respiratory Sales Specialist implements all Respiratory/Ventilation sales activities and is responsible for achieving revenue objectives. The Respiratory Sales Specialist provides clinical and educational tools and programs to ensure successful understanding and application of the respiratory product line. The primary referral sources are Pulmonologists, PCPs, ALS Clinics, Hospitals, and LTACs.

The Respiratory Sales Specialist assists in the development and expansion of new and existing businesses through in-services, training programs, and their respiratory clinical expertise. They focus on generating and securing referrals and the successful transition of set-up on clinical respiratory equipment. They provide ongoing education to referral sources, as well as all aspects of the clinical respiratory program and complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical services and education to patients to improve quality of life, respiratory conditions, and prevent hospital re-admissions.
• Assess new and current accounts to determine referral numbers and the projected usage of services.
• Responsible for product and clinical application presentations to customers and physicians to increase customer's knowledge base on all respiratory/ventilation product lines and the latest information available on pulmonary disease management.
• A strong well-rounded Respiratory Therapist who has therapy solutions for all patients transiting home with respiratory conditions and can provide support, education, and interventions to keep them there.
• Must have the ability to perform product demonstrations for all ventilation product lines. Must be able to lead demonstrations without the assistance of the manufacturer's support representative.
• Provide respiratory services to patients so that their quality of life might be enhanced. Evaluates the effectiveness of the present respiratory regimen. Provides input into the interdisciplinary plan of care to promote optimal respiratory function related to the patient's potential. Instructs patients and caregivers on appropriate respiratory care and equipment protocols.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree (A.S.) or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Respiratory Therapy encompassing homecare and hospital experience, with sleep laboratory experience a plus.
• ICU experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT). (Some States- RN)
• Current state license or appropriate registration required.
• May be required to obtain additional state licensures in order to expand geographical coverage area of Protech Home Medical.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence. Must have excellent driving record.
• A minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the healthcare field or experience selling services is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer operations including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook email, Office 365, Teams and calendar applications. Ability to run reports and assess data objectively.
• Must be 21 years or older to be covered on company auto insurance and have a valid driver's license
