Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive project execution across QA, Automation, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Technical Operations.
- Operational Readiness: Map "current vs. future state" for manufacturing changes and execute actionable deliverables.
- Autonomous Execution: Manage assigned workstreams independently while providing clear, high-level status roll-ups to leadership.
- Strategic Communication: Lead discussions to define action plans, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications and Must Haves:
- Industry Expertise: Proven PM experience in Large-Scale Drug Substance manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience: with MES/Electronic Batch Record design or implementation.

Job Title : QC Laboratory Analyst

Position Summary
The QC Analyst I, reporting to the Manager of Quality Control, will be responsible for serving as a performing routine GMP testing on analytical methods in the Quality Control laboratories.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical testing including but not limited to cell-based potency assays, ddPCR, qPCR, ELISAs, limit tests using HPLC techniques.
- Prepare solutions and maintain cell lines for various clinical programs
- Prepares laboratory solutions, maintains cell lines, and other day to day laboratory activities.
- Maintains laboratory documentation including logbooks, test forms, LIMS data, and electronic data.
- Assist with revisions of work instructions, SOPs, forms, reports, and electronic laboratory notebook analytical records.
- Assist with management analytical test method supplies and samples as needed.
- Ensure lab areas are clean, organized, maintain equipment and consumables.
- Work closely with Analytical Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production staff and any other relevant departments.
- Strictly adheres to all applicable written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and technical guidance documents, both internal and external.
- Participates in continuous improvement projects in the AD and QC labs.
- Support revisions to work instructions, SOPs, forms, protocols, and reports
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field.

M-F 9-5 EST hours, can live in other time zones but work those EST hours

- Make outreach to Medicare members to assist in removing barriers to medication adherence.
- Partner with pharmacies and providers to close adherence gaps when the Medicare member is unengaged or when the Medicare member requires assistance.
- Contact providers to close SUPD (Statin Use in Persons with Diabetes) gaps.
- Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) with eligible Medicare members to give the member a better understanding of their medications and health.
- Send interventions to providers through fax or the CMR platform to alert the provider of potential drug interactions and adverse reactions, dose changes, adherence issues, etc.
- Provide counseling to Medicare members regarding medications.
- Provide Medicare members with information regarding their pharmacy benefits (ie. formulary, preferred pharmacy, supplemental benefits, etc.)
- Provide clinical guidance and support to the Pharmacy Quality Specialists

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Possess a current valid driver's license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
