In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the plant and surrounding areas to support safe and efficient operations. This is a full-time position offering steady hours, competitive pay starting at $19/hour, and great benefits—ideal for someone who prefers to work overnight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Perform nightly sanitation on all production equipment, fillet tables, scales, lines, floors, walls, storage areas, totes, gondolas, containers, and product contact surfaces using pressure water hoses.

Need to remove guards and other processing components for sanitizing using lock out tag our procedures.

Empty all garbage containers in the plant.

Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies.

Perform other clean-up duties, such as washing windows, scrubbing walls, and the floor in the cooler.

REQUIREMENTS:

Operate a forklift.

We will train you how to operate an electric pallet jack if you do not have experience.

Need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. with routine lifting of 25 lbs.

Work is performed in the plant. The conditions can be noisy, wet, and cold. We supply rain gear, ear and eye protection; it is up to you to supply your own waterproof boots.

Familiarity preferred with software packages such as LabVIEW, MatLab Simulink, MathCad Preferred knowledge or experience with any of the following: Hydraulic Actuators Internal Locking and Non-Locking Hydraulic Valves, Reservoirs, Accumulators, Pumps Hydraulic Power Packs Linear and Rotary Electro-mechanical actuators Ball-screws, Roller Screws, ACME Screws Gears, Splines and Planetary Gear Sets Electronic Enclosures Regulatory requirements for qualifying and certifying components Vibration modes and testing associated with similar components and systems Thermal considerations associated with similar components and systems Requirements for tests such as: Fatigue; Endurance; Temperature; Limit and Ultimate Loads; Column Buckling; Operating pressures, Proof pressures, and/or Burst Pressures; Impulse Testing; Power and Load Test methods used to qualify these types of products Motors and controls Demonstrated technical and organizational leadership Demonstrated ability to identify problems and provide solutions Demonstrated ability to work as a team player both internally and externally Strong presentation skills Excellent analytical and math skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite programs (Word, Excel, Access) High comfort level with learning and understanding new software programs Ability to manage time and work output while completing multiple projects/work assignments
