With over 65 pediatric specialists and sub specialists on staff and the region s only PICU and NICU, we are able to care for the area s most critically ill infants and children. We have a full-range practice including pediatric orthopedics, cardiology, peds hematology/oncology, trauma, pulmonary, urology and gastroenterology. What You'll Do:

As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. Who We're Looking For:
• You're available full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
• You're at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
Caravel Pay Details:

• No RBT? $17.50 - $18.50
• Obtained your RBT 1? $17800 - $19.50 with potential to move up to $23.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
