Position Summary

We are seeking a local, office-based Associate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Norcross, GA. As a key contributor to Stratix's success, you will engage, retain, and empower our enterprise customers, helping them leverage our services to achieve their mobility objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships – build relationships with internal and external customers through planned and unplanned meetings/touchpoints. Our business requires Customer Success to be available when customers need us.
• Order Management – work with internal teams to ensure orders get booked and go out on time.
• Inventory Management – manage the customer’s inventory/inventory thresholds, including internal transfers, replenishments and ordering of new equipment. This includes customer owned inventory as well as spare pool inventory.
• Lifecycle Management – work with the internal partners to ensure spare pool is at contractual levels, replacements go our per the contractual agreement with the customer etc.
• Problem solving – evaluate and prioritize customer issues to drive timely resolution, including ensuring they fully understand the issue, resolution, and prevention strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a customer facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts/graphs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for data driven persuasion.

Work Environment:

This position is based in Norcross, GA, and requires candidates to work onsite with the goal of moving to a hybrid format. Candidates should be local to the area as this is not a remote position.

About the job

In this role the Ultrasound Technologist, under the general supervision of an attending radiologist, and in accordance with department protocols, the ultra-sonographer utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques to produce and evaluate ultrasound images and related data which is used by physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis resulting in quality patient care. Will supports General Ultrasound- Level Trauma 1; working independently

What you'll do

• Performs and demonstrates competence in ultrasonic scanning procedures by producing, assessing and evaluating ultrasound images and related data that are used by physicians to render a medical diagnosis.
• Recognizing, identifying and appropriately documenting normal anatomy, abnormalities, disease, pathology and pathophysiology for accurate medical diagnosis.
• Performing all types of ultrasound procedures and services, in accordance with department protocol, to ensure appropriate patient care for patients in all age categories (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric).
• Completing ultrasonic scans within given procedure time parameters when performing ultrasonic scans so as to expedite patient care.

Here is what you'll need

Required:

• Associate Degree; graduate from an accredited two-year Ultrasound Program, required; OR equivalent training acquired via work experience
• Specific Degree(s): AMA approved Sonography program;
• Graduate of a CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) approved school of Ultrasound Technology 
• Less than one year of previous job-related experience
• New Graduates- 9-month ultrasound coursework experience including clinical rotation
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Licensure/Certifications

Required:

• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association ONLY
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)-Specialization in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn or PS
• Other: New Graduate obtain certification within 3 months of hire

• Registration within 3 months of hire, in a minimum of one to two specialties of either Abdomen and/or Obstetrics & Gynecology required.

Pay Range: $39.  per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
