Role overview

The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. The Role:

The MEP Estimator is responsible for developing cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. This position involves collaboration with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate budgeting and project forecasting for large-scale projects.
