A commercial general contractor is hiring for a superintendent to oversee projects in Dublin, GA.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with commercial general contracting companies required.
• Experience with either healthcare or data center projects is required.
• Data center or healthcare remodeling experience is preferred, but ground-up experience is also compatible.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in active or occupied environments
• OSHA 30 Certification within the past 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and project documentation
• Preferred: Familiarity with low-voltage systems, site utilities, or telecom infrastructure
