The Director of Advancement will lead fundraising strategy and execution during a pivotal time for the Players. As the Principal Engineer you will bring:

• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances

• Excellent problem-solving ability supported by strong attention to detail

• Effective communication skills with the ability to partner at all levels

• Extensive knowledge of bearing design and engineering principles

• Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office
