Position Summary:
The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is responsible the clinical training/orientation of the Clinical (Nursing) staff in the Medical Group. Adult learning theories are utilized when implementing educational programs/activities for staff. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator acts as a consultant and trainer for standards of care for clinical practice; utilizes and applies change theory in matters related to clinical practice; applies interpersonal skills and fosters communication when interacting with staff and other members of the healthcare organization. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is directed by the Ambulatory Clinical (Nurse) Educator in establishing and maintaining clinical competencies; pursues continued excellence in clinical practice; is self‐motivated in identifying own strengths and limitations; and seeks to improve areas of weakness. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is not administratively responsible for the supervision of other people but works collaboratively with Practice Managers to assure that standards of clinical practice are met.
This position reports to the Director, Nursing Professional Development.
Education, License & Cert:
The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience:
A minimum of three years clinical experience in the ambulatory setting and demonstrated abilities in teaching, leadership skills, and clinical nursing practice.
Essential Functions:
A. Orientation/Onboarding
1. Collaboratives with the Ambulatory Clinical (Nursing) Educator to develop, coordinate, and evaluates the orientation program for the nursing staff within the Medical Group.
2. Participates in the assessment and development of staff competencies on initial employee hire.

2. Coordinates educational conferences presented by the nursing departments.
3. Organizes, conducts, and evaluates in‐service and continuing education programs for the clinical (nursing) department.

5. Assist with EHR workflows to optimize efficiency and assure workflows are maintained and followed. Maintain proficiency as an EPIC super user.

Education, License & Certification:
Graduation of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program and must obtain ARRT certification within 6 months of employment.
OR
a graduate from an ARRT non-accredited program and must provide ARRT certification prior to employment. NYS Radiologic Technologist License or NYS Radiologic Technologist Temporary Permit required for positions in New York State.
Experience: Minimum of six months preferred as a registered technologist in a Radiology Department of a general acute‐care hospital.
Essential Functions:
Performs Diagnostic radiologic procedures: 1. Adjust radiographic equipment to correct settings for each examination. 2. Accurate positioning of patients to fully utilize photometer. 3. Performs appropriate QA on images generated prior to submission to Radiologist. The Engineer, Network is responsible for the implementation and support of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN and SDWAN to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This role ensures high availability and performance for clinical systems, patient care services, and administrative functions across the hospital network. The Engineer collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and hospital stakeholders to align network solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position will be a technology advocate throughout the organization for the effective application of technology to meet business needs and to support business changes and growth. Technology functions include network infrastructure, architecture and protocols (routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, network appliances), network automation and operations, patch management, application delivery, monitoring and cloud computing.
Experience:
1. Preferred three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in implementing and managing complex network infrastructure in an enterprise environment; healthcare experience preferred.

The computerized tomography technologist, under the direction of a radiologist and supervisor, with minimum supervision, must maintain the daily function of the Computerized Axial Tomography department. Perform a variety of technical procedures, including the control of ionizing radiation producing equipment for radiological diagnosis.
Education, License & Cert:
Associates degree with additional skills training (certification). Two years. ARRT(R) Certification required; Advanced certification (ARRT)(CT) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of one year. It is recommended that the technologist have experience in CT and/or other subspecialty area.
Essential Functions:
A. Performs CT procedures
a. Initiate the scanning procedure at the proper anatomical level.
b. Checks prescription/request, provisional diagnosis, hospital chart and patient identification.
c. Explains the procedure to the patient, means of communication during scan and procedure to follow, if emergency arises during scanning procedure.
d. Advises the patient of the possibility and/or necessity of an intravenous contrast injection and the precautions or contra indications involved with such an injection.
e. Prepares room and equipment according to anatomical area to be scanned, per request and history.
f. Selects correct computer protocol and initiate scan maintaining visual and/or audible communication with the patient during the scanning procedure.
g. Operates Electronic Health record, scan equipment, contrast injectors and PACs systems
B. Performs patient care in CT area
a. Transfers the patient safely to the scanner couch, being especially cognizant of catheters, intravenous bottles, respiration aids, areas of recent trauma and patient level of consciousness or mental state.
b. Immobilizes, packs and centers patient to scanner gantry at appropriate anatomical level.
c. Prepares medium and patient for intravenous injection of contrast material in amount prescribed by radiologist.
d. Monitors patient's condition during and post injection and must be aware of reaction and/or distress signals associated with the injection of contrast materials.
e. Approaches and solicits the cooperation of the psychiatric patient.
f. Monitors scanner systems for program errors, correction of same or notification of repair facility.

- Guide departments through the full hiring lifecycle: screening, interview scheduling, interview prep, background/reference checks, and offer management
- Manage both high-volume hiring and specialized recruitment needs
- Partner with Marketing to create engaging recruiting collateral and represent Our Client at job fairs and hiring events
Employee Experience & Performance
- Facilitate engaging onboarding experiences that introduce culture, expectations, and growth opportunities
- Conduct 30-day and 90-day check-ins to ensure successful integration
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and concerns
- Advise managers on compliance, employee relations, and performance management best practices
- Coordinate and track 90-day and annual performance evaluations to ensure timely completion
- Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and terminations when needed
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain compliant and organized personnel records
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete Workers’ Compensation payroll audits
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation (promotions, pay changes, terminations, etc.)
- Support payroll and 401(k) administration
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
