Job description: Clinical Data Review Pharmacist – Full Time (Onsite, West Jordan, UT) Location: West Jordan, UT 84084 (Onsite – must reside locally) Pay Rate: $65/hr Schedule Options: 3 PM – 11 PM, Sunday through Thursday 3 PM – 11 PM, Monday through Friday Hiring ASAP! This is a non-retail, onsite pharmacy role focused on prescription order processing, clinical verification, and patient/provider consultations.
