The Person
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Event & Catering Manager, Event Manager, or similar role
- Proven experience in off‑site catering and managing high‑volume events
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident in leading teams on busy event floors
- Excellent client communication abilities
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards
- Calm, practical, and reliable under pressure
- Flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays
