Qualifications: 1.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust and Estate tax planning and compliance, preferably within a public accounting or law firm environment.
4.
Proven expertise in estate, real estate law, family law, trust, and trust and estate tax.

Exceptional knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and case laws.
6.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
7.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
8.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
10.
Proficiency in tax preparation and research software.
