Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist serves as the on-site HR leader supporting plant operations in Lancaster, TX. This role acts as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, overseeing recruiting, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce engagement initiatives.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing recruiting, compliance, employee support, and operational partnership.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for plant-level roles (job postings, screening, interviews, pre-employment processing).
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, employment documentation, and benefits enrollment support.
- Partner with supervisors to meet workforce staffing needs efficiently.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Support supervisors with performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.
- Lead or assist with workplace investigations and document findings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (I-9, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
Payroll & Administrative Support
- Review and audit timecards for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with supervisors.
- Coordinate with corporate payroll to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, training records, and HR databases.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports.
Training & Culture Development
- Coordinate plant training initiatives (safety, compliance, skills development).
- Participate in plant leadership meetings and communicate HR updates.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Partner with corporate HR on process improvements and HR projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Strong recruiting and employee relations experience.

Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality control and quality assurance functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. You will lead quality strategy, partner with production and engineering, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the plantโs Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve processes and reduce waste, scrap, and rework.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures including ABG, PFTโs, and various forms of ventilator support, oxygen and aerosol therapy, bronchial hygiene therapy and airway maintenance.ย You will be expected to be proficient with the respiratory assessment and respiratory treatment of both adults and neonates. Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you help protect the U.S. by securing borders, stopping illegal activity, and supporting economic stability.
Typical assignments include:
- Questioning individuals and inspecting documents and property
- Apprehending undocumented individuals or smugglers using covert surveillance and infrared scopes
- Tracking and interpreting signs of illegal entry
- Performing farm, traffic, building, city, and transport checks
- Patrolling using vehicles, horses, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, or motorcycles
Qualifications
GL-9: One year of specialized experience at the next lower level, including:
- Searching detained persons, vehicles, and surroundings
- Apprehending or restraining suspects in violation of law
- Using firearms, writing reports, serving warrants, and gathering case evidence
GS-11: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, including:
- Using intelligence to monitor criminal threats and operations
- Leading fraud or contraband investigations
- Apprehending violators using surveillance and detection tech
There is no education substitution for GL-9 or GS-11 positions.
Other Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Residency: Must have lived primarily in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
- Age: Must be referred before turning 40 (exceptions for federal or veteran law enforcement)

Formal Training: After hiring, agents attend the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, NM for 6 months of instruction in immigration law, firearms, defensive tactics, Spanish, and more.
