We have an opening for a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with some of the highlighted benefits:

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a current, unrestricted State of CO license and DEA and maintain professional certification as applicable
- Provide thorough assessment, treatment planning, procedure consideration, education/counseling and documentation
- Treat both acute and chronic medical problems
- Provide wellness/preventative exams and education
- Order imaging, diagnostic and lab tests and treat accordingly
- Refer and work closely with specialists to eliminate gaps in care
- Meet with pharmaceutical vendors, specialists, community resources and quality improvement team regularly
- Assume responsibility for maintaining clinical competence through CME and other activities
