This is a special place. The energy and positivity of the practice is palpable. You leave work with a smile on your face every day, excited about life. Everyone at the office is high IQ, best of the best, and the atmosphere is electric. You hear both patients and staff constantly say, “it’s a vibe” and it absolutely is. I know you think I’m exaggerating, but once you visit the practice, you’ll realize I’m probably underselling it.
Our current Medical Director is AWESOME, but wants to retire. He electrifies the place with fun, intensity and a passion for medicine. People love him and it rains 5-star reviews. Are you the same? Can you handle the New York snowbirds?
If so, get ready to jump on a bullet train of speed and precision.
Who Are You?:
Are you a high IQ Family Physician or Internal Medicine Physician that wishes to expand their knowledge in the trending Functional Medicine space? You know you are brilliant, high-energy and walk into a room like a ray of sunshine, but maybe no one has given you the chance to be the Medical Director yet.
We can teach you peptide protocols and send you to A4M for certification, but we cannot give you that special energy that is most required, that “je ne sais quoi” as the French would say. You either have it, or you don’t.
If you are looking for intense immersion in integrative health, optimization medicine, and patient-centered care, this is an opportunity to do so, simultaneously stepping into a key leadership role.
What We Do:
Our clinic delivers cutting-edge care in functional and regenerative medicine with an emphasis on personalized hormone therapy, wellness optimization, weight loss programs, IV therapy, chronic disease management, peptide protocols, and longevity-based diagnostics. We have an onsite pharmacy that custom mixes (not true compounding) and a supplement store.
We use ABOM and A4M guidelines as well as standard of care for each condition. We do not use protocols except for peptides.
While we accept most insurance, most of what we do is elective and paid cash. Maybe only 33% of our revenue is billed to insurance, including Medicare (10%) and Medicaid (5%).
Though your role will primarily support the medical clinic, the practice also operates onsite a med spa under the same ownership, offering non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Patient Demographics & Volume:
100-120 patients / day. We are slammed. Demographics are high-income individuals aged 18–55, and health-focused snowbirds in Boca Raton. 55% female, 45% male. Surprisingly, 50% of the patients are 19-35, with the remaining 50% ages 35+.
You can expect to work 5 days per week (maybe 4 long days) and see 30-50 patients per day. The balance of patients are injection only, and the rest are seen by PA or NP.
How is That Possible?:
We have an incredible staff of 19. That includes another MD and two PAs. Each carries their own DEA prescribing license. All 5-star reviews. We have a dedicated Insurance Biller and Practice Administrator. Dedicated pharmacy lab mixer. Then an army of amazing MAs. The MAs are the workhorses of the practice.
We only hire the best.
We utilize AI voice recognition technology to transcribe a summary of every appointment into Advanced MD. The assigned MA for each appointment takes live notes on action items dictated by the MD or PA directly in Advanced MD, Charts are checked and signed by the staff before they are finalized. Error rate is very low.
Why Is Our Staff SOOO Amazing?:
A not-so-secret recipe to the passion that swirls around the practice is that we run an exceptional teaching practice (as defined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS); outlined in federal regulations under 42 CFR Part 415 Subpart D). That means our Medical Director supervises and teaches medical students, interns, or residents in approved graduate medical education (GME) programs while providing patient care.
We have momentum. Word spread. Alumni of the practice rave about the place and return to visit. MAs and PAs seek us out. Sometimes we give chances to people that others won’t. We prioritize passion and drive over qualifications on paper. Sink or swim. Those that survive feel loyalty and commitment that few practices will ever see. Excellence has become a reproducible habit.
Your Responsibilities:
• Serve as the clinical and regulatory leader of the medical practice
• Supervise and mentor a team of advanced practice providers and clinical staff
• Review and approve medical protocols, patient treatment plans, and service menus
• Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations
• Ensure quality of care, adherence to evidence-based standards, and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience, improve outcomes, and support business growth
• See patients directly in areas aligned with your expertise (functional medicine, hormone therapy, anti-aging, weight loss, etc.)
Qualifications:

The Future & Expansion
Due to the excellence of the staff, the practice has seen explosive growth with almost zero marketing. Basically, we’ve created something special and haven’t even put our foot on the gas pedal. Sometimes we have to take our ZocDoc profiles down because we are so inundated with patients. Expansion plans are semi-confidential but here are several thoughts:
- We need to expand our hours to accommodate the growth.
- Anticipating AI incorporation, but timeline is TBD
- Telemedicine has not been started, but is high on the priority list
- We do no marketing, so that is high on the list
- We have some unique supplement mixing capabilities we are not leveraging as much as we could
- We have some unique partnerships, I can explain more later

Job Summary:
The Center is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-driven professional who can manage complex programs, coordinate across teams, and ensure the successful execution of assigned initiatives. This role is focused on delivering high-quality programs that align with The Center’s mission and established priorities, while tracking progress and outcomes that illustrate goals met.
As Program Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and leadership to manage a defined portfolio of programs, supporting operational excellence and creative impact through strong project management, partner coordination, internal communication, and follow-through. This position requires a hands-on, adaptable professional who can balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders and the internal team, and bring programs to life in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Program Management & Execution- Manage and directly handle the planning, coordination, and execution of all programs within our youth and intergenerational programs. Manage program timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day logistics for programs; operating both pre- and post-start, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and established quality standards. This includes establishing program plans and curricula that will meet the goal, creating the run of show for each program, creative assets to support them, and anything else tasked for the execution of our youth and intergenerational programming.
- Program Operations & Budget Management- Manage program-level budgets for youth and intergenerational initiatives, tracking expenses and saving money where possible, monitoring resource allocation, and overall ensuring programs operate within approved financial parameters. Coordinate operational needs, vendors, and facilitators to support seamless program delivery.
- Accountability & Goal Alignment- Execute youth and intergenerational programs in alignment with leadership-established goals, priorities, and expectations. Maintain accountability for achieving defined program objectives, timelines, and performance benchmarks. Proactively communicate program progress, risks, and support needs, and maintain accurate, real-time updates within program management platforms and systems to ensure leadership has clear visibility into program status.
- Program Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with internal teams, including Development and Marketing, to support program implementation, promotion, and funding alignment. Collaborate with Development to assist with sponsorship fulfillment, partner coordination, and program-related grant and metric requirements as needed.
- Community Engagement & Program Partnerships- Support and maintain relationships with artists, facilitators, educators, wellness practitioners, and community partners involved in Creative Reset programming. Serve as a primary point of contact for program partners and coordinate participation and logistics.
- Program Quality, Innovation & Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities to enhance participant experience, mission effectiveness, operational efficiency, and program impact within youth and intergenerational programs. Stay informed on trends in wellness, creativity, workplace culture, and overall opportunities to help adults retap and redevelop their innate creativity to help ensure programming remains relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Program Performance & Impact Tracking- Collect and manage program data, participant feedback, and outcomes related to youth and intergenerational initiatives. Track performance against KPIs and leadership-defined goals, and contribute insights to support continuous improvement and reporting needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing programs or educational initiatives in a nonprofit, arts, or youth-focused organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: comfortable interacting with children, teens, parents, facilitators, partners, and vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Commitment to The Center’s mission of making creativity accessible to all.

- Experience working with youth (ages 6-18) and/or intergenerational programs.

Howard Law is growing and looking for a First Legal Foreclosure Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This hybrid role focuses on managing foreclosure proceedings from initiation through resolution, primarily handling uncontested and lightly contested matters
.In this position, you’ll work closely with paralegals, support staff, courts, and clients to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective case management while representing lenders and clients with professionalism and precision
.Key Responsibilities
:• Review loan collateral, title reports, default letters, and title claims to ensure foreclosure readines
s• Prepare, review, and revise foreclosure complaints and amended complaint
s• Draft, review, and file foreclosure pleadings, affidavits, and related document
s• Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting critical deadline
s• Ensure compliance with state and federal foreclosure requirement
s• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conference
s• Negotiate settlements and assist in resolving minor contested matter

Qualifications
: J.D. from an accredited law schoo
l 3+ years of experience in foreclosure, real estate, or creditor’s rights preferre
d Strong written and verbal advocacy skill
s Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environmen
t Experience with motion practice, hearings, or negotiations is a plu

Paralegal/Trust Administrator - Family Office
Private family office is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Trust Administrator. You will support a range of legal, trust administration, and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trust and estate administration, legal document preparation, and the inner workings of a family office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, draft, and review a variety of legal documents and correspondence
- Support trust and estate administration, including coordination with external legal counsel and service providers
- Assist in maintaining corporate records and governance documentation
- Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys and senior executives within the family office
- Facilitate internal and external communications related to legal and trust matters
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documentation with a high level of discretion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or trust administration role
- Strong background in family office operations, trust administration, and/or corporate governance
- Proven experience in legal document preparation and legal administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Knowledge of trust and estate law; international legal exposure is a plus
