The attorney will draft and respond to demand letters and pre-litigation correspondence. They will manage disputes, claims, and lawsuits, including overseeing outside counsel and serving as the primary liaison with internal teams. Oversee discovery processes and manage insurance claims, including carrier communications and coverage issues. The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, construction, and real estate agreements. They will maintain and update standard contract templates, including subcontractor, supplier, professional services, land acquisition, and purchase agreements.
They will assist with land acquisition and development documents and negotiate real estate-related agreements. Provide legal guidance on the formation, governance, and transition of homeowners' associations and advise internal stakeholders on HOA matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school (top third of class preferred).
- 3–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or complex litigation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the underwriting process ensuring adherence to carrier underwriting guidelines and CRC policies and procedures.

3. Make underwriting decisions and solve difficult underwriting and coverage problems for retail agencies
4. Develop, maintain and cultivate strong relationships with binding-authority and brokerage carriers
5. Solicit, market, quote, bind and confirm new and existing business.
6. Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets while properly communicating with all producers regarding submissions and decisions for new or renewal business in a timely manner.
7. Approve and disapprove endorsement requests according to internal and carrier guidelines.
8. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
9. Meet or exceed company file documentation standards, comply with underwriting authority level standards and pass all audits performed by markets and our Internal Review Department.
10. Maintain necessary licenses.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Employee Benefits Sr. Client Manager (SCM) works with the Producer or Client Executive (CE) to implement a client's employee benefits strategy and to service the account. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Service
• Establish and maintain the day-to-day business relationship with the client, becoming the first point of contact

○ Schedule and coordinate on-site college visits at Boca Prep, and advocate for

○ Maintain a spreadsheet of all seniors from January to graduation, and bring
forward any concerns about progress to the administration.
○ Teach up to two sections as needed.
School Registrar
● The school registrar will be responsible for maintaining all student transcripts and
records, as well as data entry. The tasks under this role include, but are not limited
to:
○ Conduct enrollment verification (course audits under state standards).
○ Register all new students and maintain registration records on all current
students.
○ Conduct student registration meetings to develop course requests for master
scheduling.
○ Ensure that all students have completed the expected coursework upon

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in school counseling, psychology, guidance, education, or a related
