This individual will act as a liaison between front desk staff and management, while also utilizing their dermatology coding expertise to support billing accuracy and claims submissions.
What You'll Do
- Front Desk Operations
- Lead and support front desk team in scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and patient inquiries
- Ensure front desk coverage, coordinate staff schedules, and assign daily responsibilities
- Monitor and improve workflows to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times
- Handle escalated patient concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Medical Coding & Billing Support
- Accurately review and code dermatology procedures and diagnoses (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)

What You Bring
Education and Experience

Certifications
