Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and field personnel
- Contract, Scope and Quality management
- Coordinate deliverables and design reviews
- Focused on all aspects of project work from planning through construction, including client meetings and presentations to ensuring continued understanding of the clientβs needs.
- Writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
- Manage schedule and budgets for multiple projects.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related background
- Bachelorβs degree - Project Management, Engineering, Technical field or equivalent
- Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm.
- Mission critical data centers, life sciences, academic or commercial
- MEP/FP, Architectural or Structural systems/components. (will consider architects, structural, mechanical, electrical or civil engineers with experience managing large teams in a consultant environment)
- Client facing skills

Compensation range is $130,000 - $175,000 plus bonus and benefits, dependent on years of related experience, licensure or degree
