What You'll Do as the Insurance Defense Associate:

• Defend personal injury, premises liability, and products liability claims in state and federal courts
• Represent insurers, businesses, and property owners in litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

• Manage caseload from initial investigation through resolution

Must-Haves as the Insurance Defense Associate:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in insurance defense or personal injury defense (2 years considered with strong relevant experience)

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Deposition and discovery experience
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters
• Active Georgia bar license preferred
