The Civil Site Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing site development and infrastructure projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule goals
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and submittals

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with a general contractor
