Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent is required, with demonstrated success in high-end Commercial Construction (Restaurant/Retail emphasis strongly preferred).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: English required; Spanish preferred.
