• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality, strong customer service abilities, and a talent for building lasting client relationships.
• Minimum of 1+ years of industry experience; internship experience will be considered.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $22 - $38/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. What You'll Do

We are hiring a hands-on Clinic Operations Manager to stabilize and scale the behind-the-scenes systems that protect revenue, provider schedules, inventory, compliance, and client experience — so founders and clinicians can focus on care and growth.

Primary Responsibilities
