  • Responsible for 5-S in their department. Also, responsible for training and mentoring of employees in the basic of 5-S.
  • Promote harmony in the workforce through good and open communication; fair, consistent and respectful treatment, while maintaining discipline within the department. Disciplinary action shall be administered in accordance with established company procedures.
  • Responsible for timely input of information into ADP Time and Attendance to assist Payroll in the preparation of weekly payroll.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for all subordinates, complete the review form and make recommendations for rate increases. Recommend wage adjustments, promotions, demotions, terminations, layoffs, etc.
  • Promote safety through active participation and support of company safety policies and programs and initiating corrective action for recognized unsafe conditions or hazards. Report any incident, regardless of severity, including fire, equipment damage, facility damage, or employee injury to the Safety Department.
  • Ensure compliance to all scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance routines to ensure optimum equipment performance and minimize equipment downtime. Report any abnormal machine operation or condition to the Maintenance Department immediately.
  • Order necessary supplies for the department.
  • Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned.

At Pegasus Recovery, our LPR team helps build viable data for current and future assignments. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to going above and beyond and take pride in the work that they do.

What is an LPR Driver? LPR stands for License Plate Recognition. Our drivers are assigned a company vehicle, equipped with 4 cameras; each facing at different angles. The cameras scan for license plates of vehicles currently in the repossession database and drivers will be alerted when a possible repossession has been detected. We will have assigned areas for each driver, which requires you to drive down every street, in that assigned area; until completed and you move to your next area. Building data is the heart and soul of this position; the recoveries you find are the cherry on top!

A day in the life of an LPR driver: Arrive to the lot on time, well rested, in comfortable attire and prepared for your shift. Completed your inspection of the assigned vehicle and plan your route. (Setting a goal for yourself on how much area you want to cover, how many plates you plan to scan, etc.) Head out to complete your shift! Arrive back to the lot about 15 minutes before shift end, wipe down your vehicle, clean out any trash and complete your post inspection.

Are you the candidates we're looking for?

  • A person who prides themselves on punctuality. Attendance is the key to success.
  • The ability to drive for extended periods of time. Small breaks are allowed.
  • Can work with little to no supervision, stay on task, and take safety as a priority.

Compensation: $14 per hour for the first 40 hours. $21 per overtime hour (10 mandatory OT hours per week). As long as all 50 hours have been worked you can expect $1,540 every two weeks. We do offer a commission for each secured vehicle that you locate, details will be discussed upon interview.

Estate Planning and Probate Legal Assistant Role

Prepare and revise legal documents, including wills, trusts, tax forms (706s, 709s), and asset lists.

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, legal memoranda, and other communications.

Transcribe dictation from voicemails and other sources accurately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and electronic correspondence.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries.

Schedule and coordinate conference calls, client meetings, and appointments.

Maintain attorney calendars, track deadlines, and manage multiple schedules.

Open, organize, and maintain client files, ensuring proper filing procedures.

Review and process monthly billing memos and enter attorney time records.

Arrange travel and business itineraries as needed.

Communicate professionally with clients and internal staff at all levels.

E-file documents in federal and state courts as required.

Strong filing, typing, and discernment is needed.

Estate Planning and Probate Legal Assistant Background Profile

Minimum of five years of legal assistant experience, preferably in estate planning and probate

Strong knowledge and experience drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents

Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, deadlines, and priorities

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in electronic court filing systems (Federal and State)

Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute

706/709, NetDocs, & Orion experience is not required, but would be a huge plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong filing, typing, and discernment is needed

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
