About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of modern data platform architectures using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Define end-to-end data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics layers
• Architect Lakehouse and data warehouse solutions to support enterprise-scale analytics and AI initiatives
• Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Guide engineering teams through best practices for data engineering, governance, and platform performance
• Support modernization efforts, migrating legacy data platforms into cloud-native data environments
• Collaborate with delivery leadership on data strategy, platform roadmaps, and solution design

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Data Architect within modern cloud data environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks platforms
• Experience designing Lakehouse architectures and modern analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and distributed data processing frameworks
• Experience working within Azure-based data ecosystems
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and guide technical delivery teams

This hands-on position blends event execution, digital marketing, content creation, and brand support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce drip campaigns and email sequences.
• Support digital advertising initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta, and industry-specific platforms.
• Manage ongoing content updates to corporate and property websites (WordPress), ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Plan and execute a wide range of corporate events, investor functions, grand openings, groundbreaking ceremonies, and special projects.
• Manage workflows related to conferences, including programming, attendee engagement, and Salesforce updates.
• Ensure all marketing efforts uphold RREAF brand standards and messaging.

Minimum Qualifications
