Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Claims processing. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, billing, and IT teams to analyze data, optimize workflows, and support reporting across EMR and patient accounting systems. You will leverage SQL and database knowledge to extract, validate, and interpret complex healthcare data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes, claims lifecycle, and clinical data integration is essential. Experience working in ambulatory and acute care environments is highly preferred. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

SAF-HOLLAND is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Production Planner / Scheduler to join our team in Rowlett, Texas.

This is a critical role within our operation, directly supporting production efficiency, material availability, and customer satisfaction. As a Production Planner / Scheduler, you will lead planning activities that ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support production schedules and meet customer demand.

• Plan and manage material coverage to support production schedules
• Monitor supply availability from internal and external vendors
• Support Product & Inventory Control (P&IC) activities
• Help ensure supply continuity and minimize production disruptions
• Assess vendor risk and help develop recovery plans when needed
• Coordinate supply between manufacturing plants to meet customer requirements
• Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, and production data to support decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and other teams to maintain smooth production flow

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, balancing priorities, and driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
• OR
• Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in production control, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• APICS certification preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of production planning experience required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret business data, reports, and technical documentation
• Comfortable working with statistical data, percentages, and forecasting models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP/database systems preferred

CSI Recruiting is working with a growing, privately-held E&P company based in Dallas on their need for an experienced Senior Production Engineer. We know this company well, having staffed for them throughout the past 15 years as technical and leadership needs have arisen.  The company is well respected for their operations capabilities, many decades of upstream oil & gas success, and reputation for enriching their employees.

Our client has recently completed a substantial acquisition of gas wells and a gas plant in West Texas, assets that complement prior acquisitions of other gas wells within the region.  

Due to the firm's operated ownership of these additional wells, the company is seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to work with their current staff of engineers and field leadership personnel. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working within an active E&P firm focused on the development and optimization of conventional and unconventional gas wells.
• Field Experience designing and performing production enhancement programs including Completions/Re-Completions/Production/Artificial Lifts deployment
• Experience collaborating in a small team environment and regularly communicating with field personnel. Travel to the field as needed, of course.
• Experience with compressor optimization
