Job Summary
The Supplemental Speech Pathologist is responsible for the evaluation and rehabilitation of patients of all ages with communication and oral-pharyngeal disorders of functional or neurological origin in order to facilitate the development and maintenance of human communication and swallowing ability. The incumbent documents findings, progress and provides instruction to patients and caregivers. The therapist will provide recommendations and assists speech therapists and management team with program development. This is a senior-level, dual-focus role:
- 80% Transaction Management — managing residential transactions from contract to close

- Conduct deep title reviews: verify covenants, easements, encumbrances, and chain of title.
- Coordinate site-level due diligence, including soil tests, surveys, utility verification, and permitting
