The Job at a Glance: Our Inside Sales Representatives sell online and print advertising to local, regional and national companies of all sizes throughout the U.S. We sell advertising space for USA TODAY's vast portfolio of national glossy Travel, lifestyle and government publications. These beautiful, high quality, stand-alone publications cover all major sports, lifestyles and special events, with topics ranging from Back to School, Hunt and Fish, Hispanic Living, to Modern Woman and Travel.
Locally we also sell advertising on behalf of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers. Expectation is to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
Compensation: We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance.
Our compensation is $50,000 per year based on sales made. Additional commissions can be earned above and beyond as well. Additionally, we offer employee benefits which include: employer contributed medical premiums for both employee and dependents, Health Savings Account (HSA), and paid time off.

Global Power Components is seeking a Quality Control Manager to drive Quality Control operations.This role is responsible for QC inspection teams daily operations, executing inspections, expediting and escalating issues and ensuring corrective action. Contributing to continual improvement to production and quality processes. The QC Manager will ensure all products meet internal and customer requirements while supporting production and shipping schedules.
Shift Details:
Openings available on 1st shift. This position supports off-shift production and quality needs as required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of well-developed Quality Control team activities.
- Supervise and support QC personnel; includes team building and performance oversight.
- Hands-on: this is a boots-on-the-ground position, roll-up sleeves, step in, assist, back-up the QC team and operations.
- Conduct training related to QC process for affected staff.
- Reinforce a culture of safety and respect through training, leadership engagement
- Ensure inspections are completed on parts, assemblies, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Ensure quality documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

Qualifications:
- Experience Supervising or Managing Quality Control or similar personnel.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC or manufacturing inspection.
- Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with corrective actions and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; experience with ERP (Epicor) systems and SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Managing a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and Sanitarians, this role ensures that all products meet company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager leads the quality team, maintains compliance with food safety regulations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product excellence and operational efficiency. The Quality Assurance Manager also serves as a backup to the Director of Quality Assurance as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Quality & Food Safety Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality systems, including HACCP, SQF, Training, Sanitation/SSOPs, GMPs, Kosher, and allergen control programs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations (FDA, WDATCP).
- Oversee environmental monitoring programs and microbiological testing.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and preventive controls.
- Maintain recall and traceability procedures and conduct mock recalls as required.
- Complete record review on an ongoing basis and manage the record storage program.
- Oversee in-process inspections to ensure cheesecakes meet quality, texture, taste, and appearance standards.

- Serve as primary contact during regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance and audit readiness.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve product consistency, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
Education & Experience or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, Biology, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control, preferably in dairy, bakery, or refrigerated products.
- Management experience is not required but is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FDA regulations, allergen controls, and sanitation standards.
- Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

What it takes?

- Minimum 1 Year experience in the Three Phases of Control Quality Management System utilized by USACE and other Federal Government Agencies USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors training certification (preferred)

The Children’s Long-Term Support waiver is a Medicaid funded long-term care program for children with severe disabilities living with their families in Wisconsin. Clients served may be diagnosed with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities.
